What is your Standard lead time?

Our Standard turnaround time is 12-15 business days to print and ship after the approval of the final specification sheet, which will be shared before forwarding the job to production.

How fast can you deliver my boxes?

We have a Rush service and can deliver your boxes in 10-12 days by charging 15% of your actual order amount. 6-8 business days to print and 3 days for ground shipping, which carries 30% charges of the actual invoice.

Can I print my artwork on the boxes?

Of course, all our boxes are custom-made as per customer request. Please send us your artwork, and our design team will show the Digital mock-up.

Will your design team help me in editing my artwork before forwarding boxes for printing?

Sure, we offer FREE design support and can edit your artwork any way you want.

I don’t have any artwork. Does your design team create the whole artwork from scratch?

Yes, our design team can create the whole artwork from scratch; you have to provide us with your logo and the text details you want to print on your boxes.

Which printing method does U Custom Boxes use to print boxes?

We use the offset printing method to print boxes because it gives accurate printing colors according to the file percentage, and offset printing also gives fine printing quality.  

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, we offer FREE shipping all across the United States and Canada.

Which payment method do you accept?

We accept monetary payments through Visa, Master, Amex, and Discover.

Do you offer wholesale prices?

We offer special discounted packages for whole sellers and repeat ordering clients.

In what format should I send my artwork for printing?

You can send us your desired artwork in any editable format PSD, PDF, AI, EPS, or CDR with a minimum of 300 Dots per Inch (DPI) file for printing.

Which material do you use to produce boxes?

Since the stock we use is of superior quality with different thicknesses of White Cardboard and Krat from 12pt to 30pt depending on the weight of the client’s product and the client’s requirements. 

What is the difference between Corrugated and Kraft Stock?

Corrugated stock is used to produce shipping boxes that hip directly, similar to Pizza boxes/Shipping boxes material. Kraft stock is recycled brown foldable material with different thicknesses from 12pt to 24pt.

Can we see the sample of the box before mass production?

Usually, we show a Digital mock-up with a flat and 3D view for approval to see how the box looks once assembled. Still, we provide a physical sample of the box on bulk orders to double-check the stock and printing quality. Then, after it approves, we forward the actual job to production.

How do I change something on the order I placed?

Sure, you have to contact the agent who assisted you within 24 hours of your order to make your order modified as per your requirements.

Can I get my order shipped to different locations?

Yes, we can deliver boxes at different locations, half at one place and partly at another.

How can I place an order?

We have professional agents to help you with your boxes and secure your order from the start to the end.

  • Request a quote.
  • Please send us your artwork via email.
  • Please give us approval on the Digital mock-up.
  • Once the order gets secured, we will forward the job to production.

Can we track our order?

Yes, you can call or email the concerned agent who assisted in getting an update on the order’s status.

Can I cancel my order?

If you have to drop your request, email us as fast as possible, and don’t confirm the Final production sheet. Once your confirmation has been affirmed, your request moves into the production stages, and no further changes or cancellations can be made.

Can I get a refund?

Once you approve the final production sheet, the project is forwarded to the production department.

We have invested a lot into the production, so there is no refund once you approve the final production sheet.
